BIL Business

It's been a year I think since my BIL launched his business. He hired people from Asia preferable Philippines and even went there to see the place and perhaps his office. I haven't heard about his business since the last time I posted a job opportunity in my blog. With this type of business, the only way he can reach his people is through video conferencing and discuss everything I supposed. This is one good thing that internet have an advantage. You don't necessarily have to make a special trip just to check you business in other location as you can monitor in online. Although, it is still important to visit the area once in a while and evaluate things out. Anyway, I would I assumed that BIl business is doing well and I'm sure he hired intelligent individual that qualified for the position.
